What you move Ensuring and organizing a customer-oriented and efficient delivery of fuel products Support of an assigned region Optimal and rational dispatching of the assigned tank trucks and placement of orders to carriers Processing of all administrative follow-up tasks Contact person and intensive exchange with internal and external stakeholders Partial customer notification Workplace Adliswil with 1 day of home office per week What you bring Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) Specialization: KV or technical basic training Professional experience: Min. 3 years of professional experience in dispatching/logistics Customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as planning and organizational talent Strong knowledge of geography Communicative, competent and team-oriented personality High flexibility, resilience and calmness in pressure situations Industry knowledge in the transport or mineral oil sector German (C1) English (B1) What we offer you Occupational pension scheme: Migros-Pensionskasse.
