• 04 août 2026 • 100% • Temporary • \-, 1203 Grand-Lancy For our client based in Genève, we are actively looking for an FLI Trainer at 50-80% FLI Adult Trainer (50-80%) For our client based in Genève, we are actively looking for an FLI Trainer at 50-80% Your mission will be to: \- Teach French as a language of integration, according to the fide approach, to a multicultural audience with learning difficulties \- Prepare teaching sequences according to an innovative approach \- Evaluate the written and oral language acquisitions of the participants \- Ensure the monitoring of the participation and progression of the participants \- Participate in continuous training and practice exchange sessions Your profile: \- Professional experience in teaching FLI with a migrant audience (minimum 3 years), in a specialized school \- French as a native language \- Person graduated in adult education: • FSEA 1 (or equivalence in progress) mandatory • fide certification (including in progress of obtaining) an asset • fide Examiner an asset \- Strong motivation for innovative and evolving pedagogical practices \- Comfortable with technologies for training \- Strong team spirit \- Natural benevolence If you are interested in this mission and correspond to the profile sought, please get back to me with your complete application file (CV, work certificates and diplomas) as soon as possible!
