Coffee Basel For our café/restaurant on the beautiful terrace on the 4th floor of Globus Basel with a view of the old town rooftops, we are looking for a person to support our service team starting in September. If interested, barista skills can be taught over time. About the position You will normally work approx. 4 days per week. Most shifts are longer shifts of about 7–9 hours. The duty roster basically follows a simple 2-week rhythm: Week A: Tuesday–Friday Week B: Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday Our opening hours are: Monday to Friday: 9:00–19:00 Saturday: 9:00–18:00 Sundays and public holidays: basically closed Apart from a few exceptions for individual Sunday sales before Christmas, the establishment remains closed on Sundays and public holidays. Your tasks Service on the terrace and in the indoor area Serving drinks and food / Runner Taking orders at the cash register and looking after tables Clearing, dishes and general support in daily operations Mise en place, refilling and keeping order Cleaning and reset work during quiet times Independently recognizing what needs to be done right now What we offer you Fair pay A young, motivated and warm-hearted team Attractive working hours without regular evening shifts and night work.
