Don't hesitate, apply! Job Description ## Within our Client Onboarding & Administration department, you will join the Central Data service. Your main missions will be: • Analysis and investigation of the legal and tax documentation of natural person files (AML/KYC, FATCA, QI, CRS), • Entry of account openings by correspondence, online or by video conference, • Close collaboration with the Compliance and Business Operations services, • Frequent interactions with relationship managers. Qualifications ## • You have proven experience in an administrative service, preferably in the banking-insurance field or within a fiduciary company and/or have knowledge of various banking regulations; • You are recognized as a methodical, rigorous person who knows how to work in a demanding environment; • Fluent French & English, both written and oral. German is an asset; • Good writing skills and sense of communication; • Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); • Open personality, sense of service towards internal clients.
