The reception is the heart of our house; here we welcome our guests, are responsible for questions and answers, and enjoy the pulsating hotel life ourselves! We are looking for a practical-experienced, independent team player. You are eloquent and also have PC skills (Word/Excel). We work with Protel and offer a varied working day. In our team, everyone does everything: early, middle, and late shifts, check-in, check-out, concierge work, accounts receivable, bookings in Protel, correspondence, and regular guest contact are among the versatile tasks.
