## Zuger Kantonsspital is at the service of the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1-200 employees, 180 of whom are in initial and advanced training, are active in a wide variety of areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11'500 inpatient and over 70'000 outpatient patients. In the interdisciplinary emergency center, more than 27'500 people are treated annually.   For our Öffentliche Apotheke, we are looking for a Pharmacist starting from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks ## • Optimal care for our patients upon hospital discharge as part of pharmaceutical discharge management • Competent pharmaceutical counseling of our outpatient patients • Validation, optimization and monitoring of drug therapies across a wide spectrum of treatment • In-depth cooperation with medical staff and nursing staff, providing specialist information and contributing pharmaceutical expertise within the framework of therapy decisions • Administration of vaccinations • Accompanying innovative projects for continuous further development • Pharmaceutical care for external institutions • One fixed day per week plus Saturday shifts on a rotational basis Your profile ## • Federal Diploma as a Pharmacist (or recognized foreign diploma) • Professional experience in a public pharmacy desirable • High sense of quality and responsibility, reliability, teamwork skills and resilience • Specialist competence, communication skills and a confident appearance • Joy and interest in Clinical Pharmacy and interprofessional cooperation with all hospital areas Our offer ## We offer you a varied and demanding activity in a professional, innovative and interdisciplinary working environment in a collegial team.
