For Senevita Bernerrose in Zollikofen, we are looking for an immediate Residential Area Manager 80-100 % # Your tasks ## • You lead a nursing team professionally and personally and ensure the nursing processes of your department • You lead by example every day and motivate your team to achieve maximum performance • Based on the nursing concept, you coordinate and organize daily care • You ensure the flow of information to the residents, the relatives and the nursing team What you bring with you ## • Training as a Dipl.
