Sector Manager (m/f/d) Workplace: Le Lignon Activity rate: 80-100%, Home Office possible Start date: 01.12.2026 Department: Cleaning Your tasks \- Management and development of the client portfolio: monitoring of assigned clients, maintaining regular contact, technical support and optimization of services. \- Steering of quality and operations: implementation of quality controls at client sites, revision and improvement of work processes, ensuring compliance with operational standards. \- Management of resources and equipment: assessment of needs, recommendation and purchase of machines and equipment, supervision of the maintenance of vehicles, machines, materials and consumables. \- Management and development of teams: recruitment of operational employees in construction site cleaning and special works, integration, training, support, leadership and allocation of resources according to operational needs. \- Personnel administration: management of administrative tasks related to operational employees and monitoring of current HR aspects. Your profile \- Training in the field of Facility Services or Facility Management, supplemented by relevant continuing education \- Solid experience in management and supervision of teams \- Several years of experience in the cleaning or Facility Management sector \- Customer and solution orientation, excellent communication skills and a keen sense of organization \- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a global vision of activities \- Very good command of MS Office; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage \- Clean criminal record and category B driver's license This is what we stand for and what we commit to - today and in the future.
