In order to support the activities of our structure Connexion-Ressources, an active Job coaching and placement organization, for the Jeunesse&Migration service of our Lausanne site, we are looking for a: Vocational Guidance Counselor / Job Coach Fixed-term contract, 80% Your missions As a Job Coach, you ensure the proper follow-up of beneficiaries enrolled in social integration measures. This support has the objective of preparation for employment by guaranteeing individualized, personalized, and weekly coaching.
