As part of our development, we are currently looking for, for our Forestry sector, a CNC Setter (M/F/D) 100% Your missions The setter performs setup work on specific installations and/or machines in order to ensure the production of products. He or she is responsible for correcting and controlling the manufacturing processes. He or she guarantees manufacturing quality, compliance with deadlines and productivity. He or she may be required to work in several sectors. Production • Perform the setup of one or more machines • Follow production (launch, monitoring, feeding) • Manage first-level maintenance • Intervene in case of a "simple" breakdown • Contact the maintenance service in case of a breakdown • Fill in the production monitoring documents in the system and collaborate closely with the latter • Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation • Load & discharge machines • Propose solutions for improvement of Quality, Cost, Deadline performance Quality & Control • Correct all manufacturing process deviations • Perform part control according to instructions and/or documents • Clean and maintain machines • Ensure the proper functioning of the tooling from the beginning to the end of the series. Hygiene & Safety • Respect, know and apply hygiene and safety rules • Apply the safety charter. Communication & training • Participate in continuous improvement (AIC, working group) • Collaborate with operators • Communicate all problems to his/her hierarchical superior • Support his/her superior and the company in the field of internal training.
