In order to complete our multidisciplinary team, we are looking for a motivated assistant in community nursing and healthcare who is eager to commit long-term to elderly people. Assistant in community nursing and healthcare (ASSC) ## Permanent contract at 60-80 % ## Your mission • Ensure basic care and medico-technical care adapted to the needs of the residents; • Contribute to the maintenance of their autonomy, their well-being and their quality of life; • Observe their state of health and ensure precise transmissions in the computerized file; • Collaborate actively with the multidisciplinary team and participate in care projects. Your profile • CFC as assistant in community nursing and healthcare or equivalent recognized title in Switzerland • Strong interest in supporting elderly people; • Sense of responsibility, autonomy, listening skills and ability to adapt; • Ease with common IT tools; knowledge of Carefolio is an asset • Availability for irregular hours, certain weekends and public holidays; • Category B driving license.
