What you achieve ## • You actively support the field service in the entire sales process and thus contribute to the common success. • As a central contact person, you answer technical and specialist questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual life, accident, health, and BVG. • You look after our private and corporate customers by telephone, in writing, and in person with great competence and commitment. • With a sense for individual needs, you develop tailor-made concepts and solutions. • Together with the team, you actively help shape market processing and sales promotion. • You accompany our apprentices in their professional everyday life and specifically promote their specialist and personal development. What you bring ## • Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience at an all-line insurer • You already have the VBV certificate (all-line) or have the willingness to obtain it. • Joy in direct customer contact and a strong service orientation • Sales-oriented thinking as well as enthusiasm for the development of individual customer solutions • Efficient, solution-oriented cooperation with the field service and the relevant specialist departments
