Join our team! Your missions As an ASSC within our home, you will ensure the health and well-being monitoring of the beneficiaries. In this capacity, you will be required to: Ensure, in collaboration with the team, the safety, quality, and lifestyle hygiene of the residents. Actively participate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of individualized care projects. Be a support and a resource for the educational team on aspects related to health. Involve yourself in the daily support of children and adolescents with multiple disabilities. Collaborate closely with various internal and external partners. The specificity of the position to be filled lies in the support of a beneficiary during school transport from their home to the residential home. Your profile ASSC diploma or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland. Experience in the field of disability. Ability to work independently while promoting team collaboration.
