Social Pedagogue 60% - 80% The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and work positions as well as various forms of housing and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the Canton of Basel-Stadt. To strengthen our team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a/an Social Pedagogue 60% - 80% In a ten-member team, you accompany people in their individual life situations and needs with much empathy and professional competence. Our team coaches and accompanies a shared living community of eighteen adults with support needs at Laubiberg in their individual life situations and needs. The ESB actively engages with the implementation of the UN-BRK and focuses on participation and co-determination in all processes.
