Social Pedagogue or Specialist in Childcare Schule Döltschi, 20 %

We are looking for reinforcement as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ## You will work with a motivated team of three after-school care leaders, three specialists in childcare, 1 cook and 4 school assistants three days per week (Mon, Thu and Fri) from 10:00-13:30 in midday care for secondary school students. The work assignments take place only during school time, as the midday care is closed during the 13 school holiday weeks. Upon request, the days Monday, Tuesday and Thursday might also be possible. Further tasks: • Management of the midday after-school care as well as ensuring daily operations • Supervision of 50-70 secondary school students during lunch and in the various leisure activities during the midday period • If required, support the childcare assistants in the school kitchen and with domestic tasks • Interdisciplinary cooperation with the school team • Contacts with parents Profile ## • As an after-school care leader, you have a degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy (FH/HF) or an equivalent tertiary-level qualification in the pedagogical field • As a specialist in childcare, you have a professional qualification as a specialist in childcare or early childhood educator • You enjoy working with secondary school adolescents • You are flexible, resilient and maintain an overview • You enjoy working in a team and value cooperation with teachers and parents • You are administratively proficient and quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility We offer ## A varied and meaningful activity in a lively environment. Schule Döltschi consists of 15 upper secondary classes (incl. one preparatory class), organized into 3 year groups and 2 levels (A and B). Approximately 300 adolescents attend Schule Döltschi.
