The reception is the heart of our house; here we welcome our guests, are responsible for questions and answers, and enjoy the pulsating hotel life ourselves! For the upcoming winter season or by arrangement, we are looking for a dedicated Chef de Réception who enjoys providing professional care to guests and helping to shape our front office. In this key position, you will ensure the smooth operation at the reception, be the first point of contact for guests, and work closely with the other departments. At the same time, you motivate and support the team, take responsibility, and actively contribute your ideas. We are looking for a host personality with hotel experience in a similar or comparable position, organizational talent, and very good German and English skills.
