For our client HALEON, a global leader in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a: Logistics Operator Through this mission, you will be responsible for ensuring the transport of all types of items (ADC, API, Consumables, waste, etc.) from the various delivery and storage points to the point of use or recycling, ensuring and maintaining their cleanliness in compliance with GMP and HSE rules. Your impact: You have a direct impact on the traceability of the components used in the manufacturing of our medicines. Key responsibilities: • Control and record the correct identification, correct external appearance, and quantity of items received from a third party. • Identify goods to ensure traceability throughout their life on site. • Perform stocking in compliance with instructions given by SAP, ensuring the correct protection, correct securing, and correct identification of the goods. • Transport goods on site from the various storage points following SAP instructions or off-system requests. • Record each transfer step in SAP to always know where the goods are physically located. • Make goods available on the line on time and in sufficient quantity to ensure manufacturing (PHC, Bulk, Packaging, etc.). • Ensure the restock of goods in all identified storage points. • Respect the zoning: bring the necessary protections for passage from one zone to another. • Manage correct identification, weighing, and proper compliance with the waste stream by transporting them to collection, compaction, and loading points. • Prepare, pack, identify, and load finished products or various exports. • Maintain activity areas clean and in order. • Respect and maintain handling equipment in order (forklifts, conveyors, elevators, pallet exchangers, shrink wrappers, trucks, wagons). • Contribute to the training of new material flow agents. • Participate in improvement actions and projects. Your profile: 3/4 years minimum experience in logistics including apprenticeship (Reception, Storage, handling) in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Agri-food industry or high technology recognized for the high standards applied.
