The Beratungzentrum Bezirk Baden BZBplus offers free counseling and support for residents of the Baden district. The employees work in the areas of child and family, youth, addiction, and early detection. On behalf of individual municipalities, BZBplus employs school social workers who are technically and personally subordinate to it. This enables the implementation of independent school social work in schools.
