What this position offers you ### • Your area of responsibility includes the analysis and optimization of production and logistics processes according to lean management principles. Through the application of work and time studies, you make a significant contribution to continuous improvement • Additionally, you drive AI-supported digitalization forward and develop data-based approaches for sustainable process optimization • The creation, maintenance, and updating of work instructions, assembly plans, and relevant master data are also part of your area of responsibility • Furthermore, you implement approvals and changes to parts, assemblies, and devices efficiently and on schedule • As a specialist, you participate in the development, coordination, and compliance of defined deliverables. These include, among others, procurement and logistics concepts as well as the procurement of parts, assemblies, and devices • Additionally, you actively support projects and work in interdisciplinary teams according to the SAFe Agile methodology towards their successful implementation What you bring for the position ### • You have completed training at HF level in process technology, business processes, or a comparable field of expertise • Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA distinguishes you and enables you to work efficiently in a modern production environment • Thanks to your pronounced specialist and process knowledge in the field of industrialization, you successfully translate analytical questions into practical solutions. Experience in metal processing as well as in conducting work and time studies is an additional advantage • You use process-relevant IT systems and Microsoft 365 routinely and confidently in your daily work • In addition, you have sound knowledge of modern IT technologies and their application possibilities in production and administration • With your high degree of initiative and your enthusiasm, you succeed in motivating your environment, setting impulses, and achieving top performance together • In addition to very good German skills, you ideally also bring good English skills in speaking and writing
