Your tasks • Responsible for ensuring that construction projects are implemented on schedule, cost-consciously, and in the required quality, from tendering to handover to the client • Checking and approving the execution plans for feasibility and compliance with specifications • Setting up and maintaining the schedule and process planning for the individual construction phases • Organizing construction site operations as well as guiding the commissioned subcontractors and specialist planners in daily business • Acting as the company's representative towards clients and as the first point of contact for authorities, planners, and clients during the construction phase • Monitoring construction progress to identify risks early and to ensure occupational safety as well as clean, defect-free completion Your profile • Completed training as a Zimmermann EFZ with further training as a Construction Manager or Project Manager (HF/FH an advantage) • Practical experience in construction or project management, ideally gained in timber construction • Proficient in handling the applicable standards and regulations of the Swiss construction industry • A sense for controlling deadlines, budgets, and construction quality in complex projects • Independent and organized personality who also convinces in a team and asserts themselves with assertiveness • Enjoyment in being regularly present on the construction site and working directly with the executing craftsmen • German: stylistically proficient (C2) Your perspectives You can expect employment with 42.5 weekly hours with flexible time management and one day of home office as well as 25 days of vacation.
