Transport Planner

V-ZUG SCM Outbound / Logistics CC ### The SCM Outbound / Logistics CC department ensures that V-ZUG appliances, accessories, and spare parts arrive reliably, punctually, and efficiently where they are needed: with our customers, trading partners, and service centers. To do this, we coordinate a large number of transports, tours, and interfaces daily and maintain an overview even when it becomes complex. Because logistics is much more than just transporting from A to B for us. It connects production, sales, service, and customers into a functioning overall chain. For this interaction to succeed even under high speed and changing requirements, it needs people who think ahead, take responsibility, and find pragmatic solutions. What this position offers you ### • You plan and dispatch transports as well as tour runs in daily business - with the requirement that deliveries arrive reliably, economically, and at the right time in the right place • You coordinate the cooperation between customers, internal interfaces, and external freight forwarders. You ensure that information flows, expectations are clear, and that many individual coordinations become a functioning overall process • You record, maintain, and control transport-relevant master data. Because you know: good dispatching begins with data that can be relied upon • You use our dispatching tools as well as ERP/SAP and MS Office applications confidently and bring structure to daily transport planning • You support the management of our fleet - from coordinating service and garage appointments to processing damage reports • You recognize deviations and bottlenecks early, prioritize pragmatically, and find solutions that really work in daily business • You work closely with your team and actively contribute your experience to continuously develop processes and sustainably secure the quality of our logistics What you bring to the position ### • You have a completed apprenticeship (EFZ), ideally in the field of road transport, transport and logistics, or in a comparable training. Further training as a Transport & Logistics Planner is an advantage • You already bring experience in the transport sector, in dispatching, or in a comparable logistical environment and know the dynamics of operational daily business • You enjoy working with digital systems and have proficient IT knowledge, especially in ERP/SAP systems, MS Office, and dispatching tools • You communicate confidently in at least two national languages - both written and oral - and find the right tone with customers, partners, and internal interfaces even in demanding situations • You organize yourself independently, think in a solution-oriented manner, and remain calm, clear, and capable of acting even when multiple topics are running simultaneously • You enjoy coordination, cooperation, and turning many moving parts into a reliable process
