Nursing specialist for the urology inpatient ward 70-100% (predominantly night shift)

Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your tasks • You take over the comprehensive pre- and postoperative care of patients with complex urological procedures as well as the care of persons with predominantly urological clinical pictures. • As a primary caregiver, you steer the nursing process in a targeted manner to ensure professional and interdisciplinary care. • You work closely with the specialists in leadership, education, and professional development and actively engage in the further training of the nursing profession. • You work predominantly on the night shift and support other shifts if required. Your profile • A completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH - or you are close to completion. • You value independent work and responsibility during the night shift. • Interest in familiarizing yourself with a new specialist field and developing your knowledge and skills. • A respectful and dignified accompaniment of people in difficult situations is just as important to you as it is to us. • Do you come from long-term care or do you not yet have experience in urology?
