To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Büren an der Aare, we are looking for a Product Manager Access and Security Systems at 80% (m/f/d) immediately or by agreement. Your tasks • Responsibility for complete lifecycle management (LCM) of products • Development and implementation of product strategies as well as a clear vision • Elaboration, evaluation and prioritization of requirements • Coordination and communication with internal teams and interfaces • Technical advice as well as conducting product training for employees • Support to sales and project management in finding solutions and cost calculation Your profile • Basic training in electrotechnics or mechatronics, supplemented by continuing education in business management or product management • Experience in the field of access or security systems is an asset • Strategic, technical and analytical thinking abilities • German or French native speaker with excellent knowledge of the other language (oral and written) • Entrepreneurial spirit, personal initiative and team spirit What we offer We offer you a dynamic environment and the chance to take on a responsible task in a prosperous company.
