What awaits you ### • You will take over the personnel and functional leadership of a team of 19 employees. • You plan and coordinate personnel resources, support your employees in their professional as well as personal development, and promote an open and performance-oriented team culture. • Together with your employees, you are responsible for the area of post-processing of invoice entry. • You create the prerequisites for efficient cooperation and ensure high quality standards. • You drive the further development and digitalization of our processes. • In close cooperation with the Product Owner (PO), you identify optimization potential, formulate requirements, and accompany their successful implementation. • You support your team in operational day-to-day business if necessary and ensure smooth processes in the areas of QA and OCR post-processing. What you bring with you ### • You enjoy working with people; it gives you great pleasure to accompany and promote employees. • You have several years of experience in leading larger teams (more than 10 employees). • Digitalization and the continuous further development of processes inspire you, and you enjoy taking on responsibility in this regard. • Analysis and conceptual work are among your strengths; furthermore, you have a structured and solution-oriented way of working. • You have completed commercial training and have further educated yourself in the field of business administration. • You have experience in process and project management and enjoy actively helping to shape changes. • You enjoy working with data, and you have mastered the creation of evaluations - especially with Excel - flawlessly.
