Specialist in Care (a) # 70% - 80% | Schüpfheim | immediately or by arrangement ## In our boarding school, you accompany children and adolescents with special needs through their everyday lives. Together with your team, you promote their development, actively shape everyday group life and work closely with parents, school and therapeutic specialist centers. Your tasks • With your empathetic manner, you accompany children and adolescents in the boarding school and create a development-promoting environment. • As a reliable reference person, you provide young people with orientation and build sustainable relationships. • With commitment and creativity, you actively shape everyday group life and take responsibility for daily structures and leisure activities. • You participate in the support planning according to ICF as well as in the implementation and further development of individual support measures. • You support the residential group in administrative tasks as well as in the shared household. Your profile • You have completed training as a Specialist in Care in the field of people with disabilities (FaBe MmB) or a comparable qualification. • Ideally, you have the diploma as a vocational trainer or are interested in completing this with our support. • You are willing to take on irregular working hours as well as shifts on weekends and during school holidays. • Your strength lies in building trusting relationships and responding individually to the needs of our children and adolescents. • Even in dynamic everyday situations, you act professionally, responsibly and with the necessary calm.
