In this varied role, together with a small, well-coordinated team, you will ensure that modern production facilities, machines, and technical infrastructure function reliably and efficiently. You will take responsibility, contribute your own ideas, and make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of operational processes. 02 Your task ## • Carrying out maintenance, upkeep, and overhaul work on production facilities and machines • Analysis, localization, and rectification of technical malfunctions • Participation in preventive maintenance to ensure high plant availability • Implementation of optimizations and technical improvements to machines, plants, and components • Manufacture and processing of spare parts as well as mechanical assemblies • Optimization of wear parts and existing technical solutions • Operation and monitoring of technical control and process control systems • Carrying out maintenance work on buildings and the operational infrastructure • Accompanying and providing technical support to apprentices in the technical field 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further training • Flat hierarchies • Progressive employment conditions • Career and advancement opportunities • Free parking spaces • Modern workplace • Responsible activities 04 Your profile ## • Completed basic technical training, for example as a Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker, or in a comparable profession • Experience in maintenance, plant operations, or in an industrial environment is an advantage • Good practical knowledge in mechanical processing, especially turning, milling, and drilling • Experience in the CNC area is desirable • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Strong technical understanding as well as enjoyment of systematic troubleshooting • Networked way of thinking and interest in continuously improving technical processes • Good German skills in speaking and writing; technical English is an advantage • Confident handling of common IT applications • Readiness for time-limited, fairly regulated shift work as well as occasional on-call duty • Ideally, you have training or further training as a Berufsbildner/in 05 Useful information ## You will become part of a manageable and collegial technical team, in which personal responsibility and mutual support are of high importance. Working hours are coordinated within the team and, if possible, consideration is given to personal needs. On-call duty is organized in rotation and in consultation within the team.
