Social Pedagogue (a) # 70% - 80% | Schüpfheim | immediately or by arrangement ## In the boarding school of the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Schüpfheim, you will accompany adolescents in a youth residential group with special needs in everyday life and create an environment in which they can unfold and develop safely. In doing so, you will work closely with the school, therapy, and parents' areas. Your tasks • With your empathetic nature, you accompany adolescents with impairments in everyday life and promote their individual development. • You take responsibility for the planning and design of a varied group everyday life, from daily and weekly routines to leisure and holiday activities. • In everyday life, you promote the independence of the adolescents, impart practical everyday skills, and specifically prepare them for the transition into the professional and adult world. • You are responsible for the support planning according to ICF, by developing and implementing measures, reflecting on their impact, and continuously developing them further. • In addition to your pedagogical work, you take on organizational and administrative tasks and actively help out with the group household. Your profile • You have completed training as a Social Pedagogue or a comparable qualification. • You are flexible and ready to take on irregular working hours as well as assignments on weekends and during school holidays. • Your strength lies in building trusting relationships and responding individually to people. • Even in challenging situations, you act in a solution-oriented manner and keep a cool head. • Clear oral and written expression as well as joy in working in a team complete your profile.
