Quality Project Manager # (m/f/d) Permanent position at our client Neuchâtel Start date: immediately Reference number: 891781/1 Missions ### • Manage all quality activities related to automotive projects, from the development phase to series production • Define and deploy the quality strategy applicable to new projects • Build the quality processes and standards necessary for the development of the new activity • Identify quality risks from the early phases of the project and implement the necessary preventive measures • Guarantee the traceability of decisions, validations, and quality actions throughout the project life cycle • Translate specific automotive customer requirements into robust quality processes, procedures, and documents • Manage product and process quality assurance activities • Organize and coordinate homologation and approval activities according to APQP/PPAP or VDA/PPA standards • Ensure the compilation, compliance, and validation of product and process approval files • Manage product and process risk analyses, notably DFMEA and PFMEA processes Profile ### • You have at least five years of experience in the field of automotive quality, quality engineering, or quality project management • You have already accompanied projects from their development phase to their industrialization or production launch • You master the requirements specific to automotive customers and projects • You are used to working with multidisciplinary teams and in a demanding industrial environment • Experience in creating or structuring quality processes related to a new activity is a real asset • Experience with automotive manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, or Tier 1 or 2 suppliers would be particularly relevant • Fluent English is mandatory (minimum C1) Advantages ### • The opportunity to participate actively in the creation and development of a new automotive activity • A strategic role allowing you to directly build and influence quality processes • A position benefiting from great autonomy and high visibility within the organization • Direct collaboration with technical, industrial, and decision-making teams • The possibility to intervene across the entire product life cycle, from development to series production • A demanding Swiss industrial environment, combining precision, innovation, design, and high manufacturing quality • Significant responsibilities in a project offering real development perspectives • Competitive remuneration as well as attractive employment conditions
