Pharmacy assistant part-time (50%)

• 28 August 2026 • 50% • Indefinite duration • Mendrisio Class and annual salary (including 13th month): 2 47'348.-- / 72'822.-- Tasks: • provide for the purchase and supply of medicines and sanitary material for the needs of the Clinica psichiatrica cantonale (CPC), the Centro abitativo, ricreativo e di lavoro (CARL) and the outpatient services of the Organizzazione sociopsichiatrica cantonale (OSC), taking care of the relative annual reporting • manage the warehouses and stocks of the Farmacia cantonale, including the cantonal depot of material intended for emergencies, ensuring stock control and the execution of the annual inventory of medicines and sanitary material • act as an interlocutor towards the OSC for matters relating to the supply of medicines and sanitary material • monitor the movements of narcotics of the Ticino pharmacies and other health facilities of the Canton Requirements: • federal certificate of capacity (AFC) as a pharmacy assistant • professional experience as a pharmacy assistant • good knowledge in the management of medicines, medical devices and sanitary material • basic knowledge of the main IT tools (Microsoft Office) • good knowledge of the Italian language (conversation and writing); knowledge of a second official language is a preferential qualification • flexibility in the organization of working hours, with availability to alternate with the second pharmacy assistant according to service planning and to guarantee replacement during planned absences • good organizational skills, precision and reliability • aptitude for teamwork and good interpersonal skills Particular observations: • workplace: Mendrisio • the Farmacia cantonale is a hospital pharmacy: the activity includes the preparation of medicines intended for the services of the OSC and their eventual dispensing via a dedicated counter. Dispensing of medicines to the public is not planned. • no work is planned on weekends nor on-call services Conditions for submitting the application: • applications must be submitted online.
