In the middle of the Zürcher Oberland, we are here with our boarding school and special school for children and adolescents whose path into adulthood is a bit rockier than for others. We are looking for, as of immediately or by arrangement, a Pedagogical staff member (female) or pedagogical staff member (male), 80 % in Russikon bei Fehraltorf This makes sense: • Leading a small class (8 adolescents) in secondary school together with the class teacher in a team. • Crisis interventions in the class according to our pedagogical principles. • Helping to shape the living and developmental space of adolescents in an important life phase, supporting them and encouraging them in everyday life. • Taking over short-term substitutions for the teacher and initiating and accompanying the career entry process. • Taking over administrative and organizational tasks. • Even more information first hand?
