January 1970 Job description We have a new project...  We are looking for a playgroup leader or childcare specialist, starting August 2027 or by agreement, who would like to establish a farm playgroup with us and additionally support the team as a substitute in the Kita.  On our organic farm Melchenbühlgut in Gümligen / Bern live David, Sandra and Lea Bigler. We also have dairy cows with their calves, 2 cats, chickens and 4 goats living with us. We opened the Buurehofkita in November 2023 and are now actively thinking about the idea of a playgroup.  What we are looking for Are you connected to nature and do you love modern pedagogical work with children? Are you motivated to contribute actively and implement ideas?  Do you feel like setting up a playgroup professionally and independently? In addition to the independent leadership of a playgroup in the Buurehofkita, would you like to support the team during shortages? Would you like to actively integrate the diverse possibilities offered by the farm, nature and agriculture into the pedagogical work with the children? Would you like to actively experience organic farming closely every day with the children and give them the opportunity to participate actively? We place pedagogical quality at the top priority in our Kita. We prioritize applications from trained playgroup leaders or trained childcare specialists, also responsible recent graduates.
