We are a specialized personnel service provider that has been recruiting tailor-made employees for our customers throughout Northwest Switzerland since 2008. For our customer, an established company with its own workshop for commercial vehicles, construction and special machinery, we are looking for an experienced and down-to-earth personality as of now or by arrangement as: Workshop Manager Commercial Vehicles & Construction Machinery 100% (m/f/d) Activities: -You take responsibility for the daily workshop operations and lead a 4-person team -Upcoming repairs, maintenance and service work are planned, prioritized and coordinated by you -You ensure that employees, material and spare parts are available at the right time -In the case of demanding repairs or bottlenecks, you roll up your sleeves and support your team with your technical know-how -You supervise work on mechanical, hydraulic and electrotechnical components -Workshop orders are recorded, controlled and administratively accompanied by you until invoicing -You calculate and prepare offers and take care of clean invoicing -Spare parts as well as consumables and operating materials are organized and procured by you -You keep an eye on quality, deadlines and efficient processes and further develop the workshop operations together with the team Requirements: -Training as a construction machinery mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, truck mechanic or comparable technical background -Several years of practical experience with commercial vehicles, construction machinery or similar machines -Leadership experience is welcome.
