Social Worker 50% on polyvalent social services

To supplement our team, we are looking for, starting from 01 January 2027 or by arrangement, a Social Worker 50% ## The RSHi fulfills the tasks of statutory social assistance (SH) for the municipality of Hindelbank and the contractually affiliated municipality of Krauchthal and carries out mandates in child and adult protection (KES). The social services team currently consists of five social workers and three clerks. On the polyvalent social services, nearly 250 files are maintained in the areas of SH and KES. This is how you inspire us: ### • with a recognized degree in Social Work or a comparable qualification • with professional experience in a polyvalent social service (at least an internship) • with your solution-oriented, systemic basic attitude • with your conviction that social work is mainly work with people. The administrative tasks arising in this context are nevertheless easy for you • with good IT user skills (KLIBnet, MS Office) • with an independent, proactive, well-organized, and communicative personality • with joy in the further development of professional work in cooperation with the entire team • with the willingness to work on Thursday mornings, as our team meetings (team meeting, intervision, etc.) always take place on this morning.
