You will ensure smooth processes, timely deliveries and continuous improvements. This position offers an exciting mix of operational planning, performance analysis and strategic coordination - ideal for individuals with a passion for Supply Chain Management. Location: Raron (VS) Contract type: permanent Contract start: immediately or by arrangement THESE ARE YOUR TASKS: • Creation & maintenance of the MPS: Development and continuous updating of the Master Production Schedule taking into account customer demand, capacities and material availability as well as integration into the ERP system including purchasing requirements. • Capacity and feasibility planning: Responsibility for Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) in the S&OP process and ensuring that the production plan is realistic and 100-% implementable. • Cross-departmental coordination: Close cooperation with sales, purchasing, production and supply chain to ensure integrated and realistic planning. • Monitoring & optimization: Analysis of demand, material and capacity data, identification of bottlenecks as well as initiation of suitable measures to optimize utilization, prioritization and lot sizes. • Process, KPI and data management: Further development of planning processes and tools, ensuring data quality (BOM, master data), KPI reporting as well as compliance with delivery dates and service level targets including EOL management YOU WILL REPORT TO: Planning Supervisor WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU: • Degree: Supply Chain Operations, logistics, industrial engineering or comparable field. • Certifications: APICS CPIM or similar qualifications in the field of planning are an advantage. • System knowledge: Experience with SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse and Microsoft 365 applications. • Competencies: Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and a proactive way of working.
