House Painter CFC

In order to complete the multidisciplinary team of 7 employees of our institution's technical service, we are looking for a HOUSE PAINTER CFC (M/F) at 100 % Mission : • Intervene on various construction sites within the institution. • Surface preparation: cleaning, sanding, plastering, varnishing and other coatings. • Finishing work and touch-ups, maintenance of material, tools and maintaining a clean, secure and organized construction site. • Carry out renovation, transformation and small construction work. Ease with small tile and masonry repairs. • Respect of institutional quality and safety instructions. • Perform snow removal and salting in order to guarantee the safety of beneficiaries, staff and visitors. • Contribute to common tasks such as setting up and tidying up during institutional events and parties. Desired profile: • Holder of a CFC in house painting. • Professional experience of a few years. • Ability to work both in a team and independently. • Versatile and open to performing varied tasks related to a maintenance service. • Serious, organized, autonomous, dynamic and flexible person. • Comfortable with basic IT tools. • Driver's license required.
