Kitchen Assistant 80%

In order to complete our kitchen team, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant M/F at an activity rate of 80 % Mission : You will collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare quality meals intended for our residents. You will ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen utensils, dishes, equipment, and production areas. You will respect strict HACCP hygiene and food safety standards. You will contribute to maintaining an efficient and organized work environment. You will report hierarchically to the chef de cuisine and collaborate with an existing team of 10 people, as well as 2 apprentice cooks. Desired profile : • AFP in kitchen assistance, or a few years of practice in an institutional or hospital setting would be a plus; • Knowledge of HACCP hygiene and food safety standards; • Spirit of collaboration, resistance to stress, and manual dexterity; • Interest in the social field and comfortable with contact with people with disabilities; • Ability to work effectively in a team; • Versatility, adaptability, and professionalism; • Flexibility of hours according to the operational needs of the kitchen.
