We are recruiting several early childhood educators or sociocultural animators for the reception structures of the Beaulieu / Prélaz sector. In full expansion, the extracurricular field is looking to equip itself with committed and creative people in order to develop the mission of this recent field of social work. The mission of the extracurricular field is focused on the development of children's social skills through their participation in community life. Extracurricular reception structures are located in the heart of Lausanne neighborhoods, close to educational establishments. The implementation of collective projects, the development of partnerships with people working with children, reflection, and the formation of pedagogical projects as a team are the essential actions that support and sustain the daily reception of the group of children. Missions ##### • Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical line while maintaining the global vision • Include the different stakeholders in the reception and education of the group of children • Propose, manage and document projects involving several internal and external stakeholders • Cooperate with the management on the general functioning of the structure • Respond to specific administrative tasks Profile ##### • Title of social educator (HES or ES) or sociocultural animator (HES) recognized according to the competency framework of the law on daycare for children (LAJE) • Additional training as a practitioner trainer or professional practice trainer, an asset • Proven professional experience in the development of specific projects and activities • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the observation, analysis and individual and group care of schoolchildren • Good knowledge of collective reception venues and group dynamics • Ability to document one's own activity and that of the group of children • Able to develop a participatory process within one's team and in the community of children • Ability to interact with the environment and the partners around the structure, to develop synergies and engage the collective in external projects Activity rate ##### 40-75% Salary class ##### 7 Special conditions ##### Clean criminal records (ordinary and special) Schedules with activity during school holidays Start date ##### Immediately or to be agreed Please send us your application and the usual documents until 14.09.2026 via the online form.
