Cleaning Staff, workload up to 10%-50%

We are looking for a cleaning staff member with a workload of 0-50% in private maintenance as well as caretaker services: Private maintenance: - Independent cleaning and care of private households - Thorough maintenance cleaning of living areas, kitchens and bathrooms - Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and care of various surfaces - Careful handling of high-quality materials and furnishings - Ensuring a well-kept and clean home Caretaker services for properties: - Cleaning and care of properties, premises and ancillary areas - Maintenance cleaning of stairwells, corridors, sanitary facilities and other areas - Inspection and care of the managed objects - Ensuring cleanliness, order and a well-kept appearance Your profile: - Workload up to 50% - Driver's license Cat. B mandatory - Place of residence max. 10km away from the place of work - Work assignments in the evening, on Saturdays or during the day - Experience in cleaning and/or caretaker services - Independent, reliable and careful way of working - Good physical resilience - Sense of responsibility and strong quality awareness - Friendly and well-groomed appearance - Good German skills; Italian and/or Albanian skills are an advantage We offer: - Independent and varied activity - Modern employment conditions - A pleasant and collegial working environment
