For our client, a company active in electrical engineering and industrial automation, specializing notably in hydroelectric power plants, control-command systems, and energy transmission, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer (m/f) at 100% for a permanent position. The company develops automation, supervision, and protection solutions for energy and industrial infrastructures. Your tasks at your new employer • You manage complete electrotechnical projects for hydroelectric power plants: from design to commissioning • You perform functional analyses, schematics, PLC programming, networks/fieldbus, SCADA/HMI • You coordinate the manufacture of control panels: tests & FAT included • You configure protection systems, voltage/speed regulation, and synchronization • You participate in commissioning: tests & SAT included • You collaborate with clients, colleagues, manufacturers, and specialists You offer your new employer • You hold a Bachelor's degree in electricity: HEIG-VD type or equivalent; training oriented towards production/electrical energy corresponds well to what we are looking for • You are ideally comfortable with industry standards (NIBT/OIBT): you understand their principles and know how to refer to them • You have experience in project management, or a firm desire to evolve in this direction • You have an interest in electrical machines & high voltage • You master German at a minimum level B1 mandatory and hold a driver's license • You are comfortable in technical writing, demonstrate autonomy, rigor, initiative, and good customer relations • You are also a dynamic, resourceful, friendly person, team-oriented but capable of working with full autonomy You can also benefit from the following advantages • Varied and technically stimulating projects • Great autonomy and responsibility for your projects from end to end • A human-sized structure, family atmosphere, stable and independent, where collaboration and mutual aid are at the heart of daily life • An ISO 9001:2015 certified work environment, focused on quality and custom solutions • Perspectives for evolution towards full project management • Self-service company cars for your travels Have we awakened your interest?
