In the Asset Management and financing business of PostFinance, you ensure that client funds are managed responsibly and in accordance with regulatory requirements. As a Sustainable Investing Specialist, you act at the interface of Portfolio Management, Product Management, and control functions. You further develop ESG standards, implement them effectively, and ensure transparent disclosure. In doing so, you take responsibility for ESG specifications in PF-Fonds and client ESG reporting. What you can achieve • Together with the team, you ensure the technical implementation of the ESG and sustainability specifications of our PF-Fonds and PF-Vorsorgefonds and continuously develop them further • You act as the central contact person for Portfolio Management, Product Management, Mid Office and control functions in all matters relating to Sustainable Investing for the PF-Fonds and PF-Vorsorgefonds • You design and are responsible for the ESG and sustainability due diligence process and continuously develop it further • You take overall technical responsibility for ESG, Swiss Climate Score and UN PRI reporting and ensure transparent reporting • You actively participate in shaping the further development of our sustainability and ESG information and contribute to understandable and credible communication towards our clients • You contribute your expertise to strategic sustainable investing initiatives and drive topics such as data management, stewardship, ESG governance and the further development of the sustainable investing policy forward What you bring with you • University degree or further education in Sustainable Investing, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable subject area • Several years of professional experience in the Sustainable Investing or ESG area of an Asset Manager, a bank, an institutional investor or a comparable organization • Sound understanding of financial markets, investment instruments and portfolio management as well as regulatory frameworks and industry standards such as FINMA, AMAS, SBVg, UN PRI, Swiss Climate Scores • Experience in the implementation of regulatory sustainability requirements and ESG disclosure obligations as well as in handling ESG data and reporting solutions • Analytical, structured and independent way of working as well as very good Excel skills; knowledge of Bloomberg, Python or SQL as a plus • Very good German and good English skills; French skills as an advantage
