Tasks ## • You care for and nurse the residents individually and in a resource-oriented manner within the key person system. • You bear responsibility for the care and nursing process and take on daily responsibility. • You maintain the care and nursing documentation, plan nursing measures based on the nursing process, and contribute your expertise and experience in the long-term care sector. • You are involved in working with relatives and participate actively in team meetings, projects, and working groups. • You help shape and develop the care and nursing area.
