Become part of our team of over 300 employees and strengthen us as: What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating: • You are responsible for analyzing and processing files in German and French in the field of family allowances and care allowances • You perform the eligibility control as well as the calculation of benefits • You are in daily contact with our insured persons, various service providers and social institutions. What you bring to HOTELA: • You benefit from a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training • You are a French or German native speaker and you possess excellent knowledge of the other language (C1) • You have knowledge or previous experience in the field of social insurances • You possess the Certificate of Generalist in social insurances (a plus) • You are an organized, proactive person and ready to undergo continuous training in your field of activity. Your profile • You have a completed commercial vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) or an equivalent training. • Your native language is German or French and you have excellent knowledge of the respective other language (Level C1) • You bring knowledge or initial professional experience in the field of social insurances. • Ideally, you have the certificate as a Social Insurance Generalist. • You are an organized and proactive personality and ready to continuously further train yourself in your specialist field. You like to work both in a team and independently.
