What is required for this ## • Further training in Human Resources or a higher education degree at HF/FH/Uni level with a business administration background forms your professional foundation. • You have been working as an HR Business Partner in Switzerland for at least five years and confidently advise managers on complex personnel and organizational issues. Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage. • You think entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and convince through your strong service orientation, communication skills, and negotiation skills. • You move confidently between operational and conceptual HR management, bring experience in HR projects and change topics, and use digital tools confidently.
