Your tasks ## • Responsibility for filling specialist and expert positions, from needs assessment through conducting interviews to contract signing • Advising managers and HR Business Partners on selection decisions as well as on questions regarding classification and salary determination • Creating a positive Candidate Experience through transparent, efficient, and appreciative support of the candidates • Participation in projects for the further development of recruiting standards, interview methods, and selection processes for professional and future-oriented recruitment Your profile ## • Degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable education • Practical experience in recruiting in a demanding environment or in personnel consultancy • High professionalism, strong communication and advisory competence, as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholder groups in German and English • Structured, proactive, and service-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility • High willingness to learn, initiative, and enjoyment in building and maintaining networks We offer ## Our institute is based on interdisciplinary, innovative, and dynamic cooperation.
