Actively participate in recruitment processes, from the definition of the need to the integration of employees. Guarantee the application of HR policies and compliance with the legal framework. Contribute to various HR projects and support organizational changes. Candidate Profile Higher education in Human Resources or equivalent training. Proven experience as an HR Partner / HR Business Partner. Excellent recruitment and manager support skills. Knowledge of Geneva public law, particularly the LPAC and RPAC, is a real asset. Ability to operate in a complex institutional environment and manage several priorities simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, and discretion.
