In order to ensure the continuity of the House Service, we are looking for an Assistant Housekeeper to join our team. Working in a pair with a second Assistant Housekeeper and under the responsibility of the General Housekeeper, you will contribute to the comfort of the patients by ensuring the cleanliness, harmony, and quality of the rooms and public spaces. What will you be required to do? Organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the House Service, including the opening and closing of the service Plan and monitor daily, monthly, and annual cleaning activities Daily control of the cleanliness, presentation, and layout of the rooms, public spaces, and premises of the Clinique Supervise, support, train, and motivate teams to guarantee irreproachable service quality Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as hygiene, safety, and quality standards Anticipate and supervise needs for cleaning products, linen, and welcome products Identify and report anomalies or malfunctions to the relevant services and ensure the follow-up of necessary interventions Manage lost property and ensure the necessary steps are taken with the patients and concerned employees Participate in the implementation of projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service operation Collaborate with various internal partners, notably for sewing work, equipment maintenance, and the decoration of the Clinique spaces Ensure a relay role to the General Housekeeper and replace her during her absences, taking on the responsibilities entrusted to her Who will you work with?
