Job Description ## Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you act as a local HR partner for several production sites. The position involves a strong field presence and daily travel between different sites located dozens of kilometers apart. You support employees throughout their journey, from integration to development, and handle individual and collective situations while ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law, internal policies, and HR processes. You identify current and future skill needs and contribute to the development of employees and apprentices. You participate in the implementation of training paths to ensure the sustainable transmission of critical expertise and skills. In collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner, you contribute to talent and succession reviews, particularly for key functions. You participate in the development of the talent pool and collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams on strategic recruitments. You manage the main HR processes within your scope, including performance reviews, salary revisions, and budgetary exercises. You also contribute to workforce planning based on production capacities and anticipate needs for critical or high-demand professions. You analyze HR data such as headcount, mobility, attrition, or absenteeism to identify trends, anticipate needs, and formulate recommendations to inform management decisions. As a true business partner, you advise site management and managers on their human and organizational challenges. You support them in their HR decisions, coach them in their managerial posture, and contribute to maintaining a positive and engaging work environment. Finally, you participate in organizational developments and transformation projects within your scope, ensuring alignment between operational needs and the global strategy of the organization. The Successful Applicant ## • You hold a Master's degree or a Federal Diploma in Human Resources and have proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally acquired in an industrial or production environment within an international group. • You are highly mobile and ready to travel daily between several production sites, located dozens of kilometers apart, to ensure a regular presence and real proximity to field teams. • You possess an excellent sense of business and know how to transform operational challenges into pragmatic and high value-added HR solutions. Comfortable with HR data and headcount-related indicators, you use them to support decision-making. • A credible and solution-oriented partner, you know how to advise, challenge, and influence interlocutors at different hierarchical levels. You are able to go beyond the application of processes to propose responses adapted to the organization's needs. • You have a real interest in people development, talent management, and the transmission of expertise. Your excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and situational intelligence allow you to quickly create relationships of trust. • You master Swiss labor law as well as the main HR processes, particularly recruitment, performance management, and compensation. • You speak fluent French, possess a good level of English, and have excellent writing skills. A driver's license as well as regular mobility between different production sites are necessary.
