Founded in 2005 and located in the North of the city of Nyon, the Fondation Crèche des Fontaines oversees two preschool reception structures: the Crèche des Fontaines and the Crèche Brin de Vie. In order to support our teams facing the challenges of inclusion and to strengthen the quality of our reception, we are advertising this key, mobile, and innovative position. Your mission: This position constitutes a dynamic link between our groups. Without a hierarchical function, you act as a privileged partner on the ground. Your main mission consists of accompanying, advising, and equipping educational teams in managing complex situations and welcoming children with specific needs. Thanks to your external perspective, you help teams gain distance from practices and identify needs. You also facilitate the sharing and pooling of inclusive skills within the institution. Your main responsibilities: - Observations: analyze group dynamics, interactions, and the organization of spaces to identify levers for improvement. - Reflective practice: intervene in colloquiums around concrete situations to help teams gain perspective, decrypt children's behaviors, and adjust educational action. - Field support: take charge of children and support teams during complex moments. - Pedagogical tools: create visual supports and adapted observation tools. - Inclusion: develop tools for the accessibility of each child. - Collaboration: collaborate closely with the Management to ensure the follow-up of the pilot project and report institutional needs. Your profile: - Training: HES Bachelor in social work (social education option) or a title deemed equivalent. - Experience: minimum 8 years with children (0-5 years). - Professional skills: excellent ability to adapt, sense of observation and analysis, individual and collective reflective posture, and ability to manage specific situations. - Interpersonal skills: developed collaborative spirit, ease in integrating quickly into different teams while maintaining the distance and neutrality necessary for the function. - Knowledge: solid foundations in the concepts of inclusion, self-determination, well-being, and good mastery of the legal framework of early childhood. Continuing education on various childhood disorders (autism spectrum disorders, language disorders, behavior disorders, etc.) is an asset.
